Services Offered

We provide various landscaping services, including garden design, lawn maintenance, tree care, SOD installation ,Irrigation solutions , costum carpentry , masonry. Anything you can imagine and want for your outdoor and indoor space we can make happen.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate property access information and ensure no obstructions are present in the work area.

Pricing and Payments

Service pricing is given in advance and based on project specifics. Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged.

Keep in Mind Fertilizer payments are due 1/2 in the start of season April or May Invoice and the other 1/2 at the end of season.

LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGE 3% If no contact with the clients over a month

We offer Online payment or Via Zelle or MAIl USPS

BILLING - A MONTHLY INVOICE WILL BE SEND VIA EMAIL, CHECK SPAM FOLDER IF NEEDED

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice .We may reschedule due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping

Any material delivery is not included on the estimate it is a sperate charge depending on weight, a invoice will be sent end of month.

Refund policy

we do not offer any refund policy besides tree plantation , we will give you a year of warranty

return

There is no return policy.

Due to the services we offer we can notprovide return policy on any trees or plants or lawn care. What we can offer is a warranty as in replacement in any sick plants , tree or lawn care. If we are at fault we are a insured company that will response via insurance.

Liability

We take precautions to ensure safety and efficacy, but our liability is limited by law. We are not responsible for damages from existing property conditions.

We are fully insured if any damage is on our end.

For any plantation we guarantee a year of warranty free of charge.(example: any sick or damage tree )

Modifications to Terms

These terms may change, with clients notified 30 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which services are provided.
